Delivery
In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 working days. Should we be temporarily out of stock, you will be advised of anticipated delivery date. If you decide to order an item not in stock, it will be considered a special order. Special orders can NOT be cancelled. Unless otherwise requested, all items are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Delivery charges are not refundable. Any fees incurred due to address corrections (ie. missing apartment #) will be billed to receiver.  6% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped in Florida.

Return Policy
Any problems with shipment must be reported immediately to Via Moda. All Internet purchases in original condition and original packaging may be returned to Via Moda for an exchange or full refund within 30 days from the original shipping date.  Any item returned without its original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Refused packages will incur a shipping charge on orders where free shipping was received.

A Return Authorization number may be obtained by contacting a client care representative by email at info@viamoda.com, or by phone at 954-389-9199. 

Refunds and exchanges will be authorized after inspection of returned merchandise. No returns or exchanges on worn, altered, or damaged items.  Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to appear on your statement.

Note:
Return authorization number must appear on the outside of the package. All returns must be shipped prepaid via UPS or similar reliable carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable. All COD packages or shipments without a return authorization will be refused.
